2-Rotisserie Chicken:

Ingredients: Whole Chicken, Pinch Salt, Melted Butter, Salt, Pepper and Paprika.

Served with Garlic Sauce and Pita Bread.


3-Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo:

Ingredients: Fettuccini Pasta Cooked Al-Dente, Butter, Skinless and Boneless Chicken Breast Halved cut into Chunk or Sliced 1inch wide and 2inch long Thigh, Mushroom Sliced, Garlic Salt, Black Pepper, Heavy Cream, Grated Parmesan Cheese.

Ingredients: Skinless and Boneless Chicken Breast Halved, Butter, Minced Garlic clove, Sun-Dried Tomato Chopped, Chicken Broth, Heavy Cream, Vegetable Oil, Chopped Fresh Basil, Dry Fettuccini Pasta, Salt Black Pepper.


5-Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Potato Wedges:

Ingredients: Chicken Thighs, Red Potato Quartered, Extra Olive Oil, Chopped Rosemary, Chopped Fresh Oregano, Garlic Powder, Salt Black Pepper.


6-Chicken Parmesan:

Ingredients: Skinless and Boneless Chicken Breast Halved, Egg Beaten, Panko Bread Crumbs, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Flour, Olive Oil, Tomato Sauce Prepare, Fresh Mozzarella Cheese cut into Slices, Chopped Fresh Basil, Grated Provolone Cheese, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Olive Oil, Salt and Black Pepper.


7-Shish Tawook Cha-grilled Chicken:

Ingredients: Lemon Juice, Vegetable Oil, Plain Yogurt, Minced Garlic, Tomato Paste, Salt and Black Pepper, White Pepper, dried Oregano, All Spice, Cinnamon powder, Cardamom, chopped Parsley for Garnish.


8-Chicken Shawarma:

Ingredients: Boneless Chicken Breast and Thighs, Lemon Juice, Red Vinegar, Vegetable Oil, Chicken Shawarma Mix (All-Spice, Seven Spice, Cinnamon, Nut Meg, Paprika, Black Pepper, Cardamom Powder), Salt, Garlic Powder. Served with Tahini Sauce, Garlic Sauce, Tomato sliced, Pickled Sliced and Pita Bread.


9-Chicken Lula Kabob:

Ingredients: Ground Chicken Breast and Thighs Boneless and Skinless, Lemon Juice, Minced Garlic, Salt and Black Pepper, Bread Crumbs, Chopped Parsley.

11-Chicken Over Basmati Rice:

Ingredients: Ground Beef, Basmati Rice, All Spice, Cinnamon Powder, Nut Meg, Back Pepper, Salt, Whole Chicken Boiled with Bouquet Garni (Carrot, Celery, Cloves Seeds, Lemon Wedges, Onion) and shredded, Chicken Stock.


12-Chicken Cordon:

Ingredients: Chicken Breast Cut in Half, Salt and Black Pepper, Sliced Smoked Ham, Sliced Mozzarella and Provolone Cheese, Egg Beaten, Flour, Bread Crumbs, Vegetable oil For Frying. Served with Coleslaw, And Steak Fries.

Sauce: Dry White Wine, Chicken Stock, Corn Starch, Heavy Whipping Cream, Paprika, White Pepper and Salt


13-Olive Oil-Roasted Chicken with Vegetables:

Ingredients: Roasting Chicken, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lemon, Fresh Thyme, Small Potatoes, Eggplant cut into 1inch Cubes, Red Pepper Seeded and Quartered, Fennel Bulb trimmed and Quartered, Garlic cloves unpeeled, Salt and Black Pepper.


14-Chicken Paella:

Ingredients: Chicken Legs, Short Grain Rice, Chicken Stock, Olive Oil, Chopped Onion, Bulb Fennel Chopped, Wild Mushroom trimmed and Sliced, Crushed Garlic, Pinch Saffron or Turmeric Powder, Can Lima Beans, Diced Celery, Diced Carrot, Frozen Peas, Sweet Corn, Tomato Sauce, Pinch of Oregano.


15-Poussins with Bulgur wheat & dry Vermouth:

Ingredients: Whole Poussins, Celery seeds, Chopped Pine Nuts, Chopped Carrot, Chopped Onion Quartered, Baby Eggplant Halved, Squashes, Baby Carrot, Golden Syrup, Chopped onion, Olive Oil, Dru Vermouth, Bulgur wheat, Salt and Black Pepper.


16-Sweet Rice:

Ingredients: Oranges, Sugar, Carrot cut into Julienne strips, Melted Butter, Mixed Chopped Pistachio, Almonds and Pine Nuts, Basmati Rice soaked in salted water for two hours, Saffron strands soaked, Boiling Water, Salt and Black Pepper.


17-Risotto with Four Cheeses:

Ingredients: Melted Butter, Chopped Onion, Boiling Chicken Stock, Arborio Rice, Sparkling dry White Wine, Grated Gruyere Cheese, Diced Fontina Cheese, Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Salt and Black Pepper, Fresh Leaf Parsley to Garnish.


18-Pilaf with Saffron & Walnuts:
