Ingredients: Shelled Fresh Peas, Green Beans cut in half, Butter, Olive Oil, Yellow Squash Cubes, Onion Chopped Finely, Arborio Rice, Dry White Vermouth, Boiling Chicken Stock, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Fresh Basil Leaves Chopped, Basil Leaves to Garnish, Salt and Black Pepper.

3-Vegetarian Lasagna:

Ingredients: Boiled Lasagna Pasta Al-dente, White Bechamel Sauce, Marinara Red Sauce, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Sautee Spinach, Sautee Mushroom, Boiled Sliced Carrots, Eggplant.

4-Char-Grilled Mix Vegetables Kabob:

Ingredients: Yellow Onion cut into Cubes, Bell Pepper cut into Cubes, Mushroom, Roma Tomato, Eggplant cut into Cubes, Olive oil, Salt and Black Pepper.

5-Eggplant Parmesan:

Ingredients: eggplant cut into ¾ inch Slices, Salt, Olive Oil, Ricotta Cheese, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Egg Beaten, Chopped Fresh Basil, Pasta tomato Sauce.
