Dressing: Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Oregano, Apple Vinegar, Salt and Black Pepper.

3-Caesar Salad:

Ingredients: Romaine Lettuce, Anchovy, Parmesan Cheese, Caesar Dressing topped with Garlic Crouton.

4-Chef Salad:

Ingredients: Mix Lettuce of Romaine and Iceberg, Sliced of Baked Ham, Smoked Turkey, Roasted Beef, Swiss Cheese, Hard Cooked Egg, Ripe Hass Diced Avocado, Vine-ripened Cherry Tomato, Sliced Persian Cucumber, Toasted Crouton, Salt and Pepper.

Ingredients: Albacore Can White Tuna, Pickle Relish Chopped, Egg Cooked, Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Chopped Celery, Chopped Green Onion, Chopped Parsley, Lemon Juice, Celery Salt, Lemon Pepper, Mayonnaise.

15-Chicken Salad:

Ingredients: Green Beans, Potato Peeled & Cut in 1inch, White Wine Vinegar & Olive Oil for sprinkling,

Romaine Lettuce, Plum tomato quartered, Diced Cucumber, Green or Red Bell Pepper, Hard Boiled Egg Quartered, Olive Oil, Can Tuna, Basil Leaves to Garnish, Garlic Crouton to Serve.

For Anchovy Vinaigrette:

Dijon Mustard, Anchovy Filet in Olive Oil, Garlic Clove Minced, Lemon Juice or White Wine Vinegar, Sunflower Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Black Pepper.

19-Halloumi Salad:

Ingredients: Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Chopped Fresh Thyme or Dill, Salt and Pepper.

For the Salad: Mixed Green, Seedless Green Grapes, Seedless Red Grapes, Halloumi Cheese, Fresh Thyme or Dill to Garnish.
